  • Reporting Structure: The post reports to the Chief of Staff

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • ND in Public Administration/Public Management/ Office Management & Technology/equivalent
  • Certificate in Customer Care will be an added advantage
  • Certificate in Computer Literacy
  • Code EB Driver’s License
  • 01-year relevant experience

KEY PERFORMANCE:

  • Providing support to the departments and broader Municipality Strategic Planning Sessions.
  • Contributing to the implementation of specific services procedures, systems and controls. 
  • Providing personal support to the Director Superior. 
  • Contributing to the overall budget, stakeholder management and communication.
  • Maintaining and access records of discussions, instructions and correspondence.
