ABOUT THE ROLE

Eskom is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Senior Clerk Support Services to join our dynamic team on a fixed-term contract basis. This role involves providing comprehensive support to the section, focusing on administrative tasks and ensuring efficient operations within the Human Resources department.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Qualification(s):
– Applicants must possess NCV4/ NSC3/ Grade 12/ Administration Diploma/Certificate at NQF 4 with 120 Credits.

Experience:

– A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience is required.

Skills and Competencies

Successful candidates should demonstrate the following:

Politeness, promptness, energy, self-starting ability, assertiveness, and excellent telephone etiquette.

Leadership:

Ability to work effectively in teams, motivate teams, provide coaching and mentoring, and contribute to team development.

Attributes:

Clear speech and hearing are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • General Office Administration: Execute day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Administrative Support to the Section: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the designated section within the Human Resources department.
  • Support Services: Assist in delivering support services as required.
  • Advisory and Reporting Service: Contribute to advisory and reporting activities within the department.
