JOB ADVERT SUMMARY
The purpose of this role is to provide the successfull candidate with exposure to the various functions in the Human Resource Department and put the theory that they learnerd into practice. The successfull candidate will provide valuable support in carrying out the day-to-day HR activities of the site.
MINIMUN REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12
- Degree/Diploma in HR Management or equivalent
- A valid Driver’s License
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing the on-boarding for all new employees
- Coordinate and administer HR functions such as talent, performance management and learning & development
- Manage employee queries on HR related matters
- Act as the change champion for improvements in HR processes and systems by explaining the benefits to employees
- Behavioural Competencies:
- Must be well-spoken and able to communicate effectively to all
- Must have good interpersonal relations
- Must have attention to detail
- Must be self-driven, team player, able to work independently, methodical
- Must have the ability to work without supervision and to use initiative and sound judgment
- Must have the ability to work under pressure
