JOB DESCRIPTION

SPCC stores has an opportunity available for 1 X P40 shop assistant. The main purpose of this job is to provide excellent customer service by ensuring that the hospitability drivers are in place and thereby optimizing sales.

QUALIFICATION

  • Grade 12/Equivalent

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • rade 12/Equivalent · 1 – 2 years retail experience
  • Computer literate
  • Communication skills – fluent in English (any other language would be beneficial)

KEY RESPONSIBIBLITIES

  •  Outstanding customer care skills, the ability to interact and communicate with customers, a genuine willingness to be “of service”.

  • Maintaining statistical and financial records (Daily, weekly and monthly administration) Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
  • Maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so.
  • Visual Merchandising & Housekeeping Inventory Management (Stock Management)
