Are you a dynamic and ambitious sales rep with a proven track record and an in-depth knowledge of township trading (Spaza Shops, Cash & Carry and Wholesale)? Boxer Superstores is seeking a Sales Representative with at least 3 years of informal trade door-to-door sales experience in supplying groceries to Spaza Shops and local vendors to join our growing team. You will be canvassing and selling baskets of groceries to all townships across KZN. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Mtric
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with rural market dynamics.
- Minimum Matric qualification.
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel extensively across all townships in the coastal regions
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Like-for-like reporting
- New store performance tracking
- Monitoring of and reporting on loss making stores/areas within stores for the attention of and improvement by management
- Preparation of content and presentations for various meetings including monthly Divisional Management Meetings and Executive Meetings
- Building of dashboards and scorecards which include data from multiple sources
