JOB PURPOSE
- To receive, direct and assist external and internal clients
- To coordinate and administrate processes and the tidiness of the main reception and meeting rooms
MIN REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years’ experience in administrative processes
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

- Basic business and accounting knowledge
- Client and reception interaction

- Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)

- Planning, organising and coordination skills
