JOB DESCRIPTION:
KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Department of Social Development in partnership with Health and Welfare Sector Education and Training Authority (HWSETA) Is contributing towards skills development initiatives for the youth in the province by providing opportunities to unemployed graduates to gain workplace experience in various work disciplines.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates must be unemployed graduates residing in KwaZulu-Natal.
- Unemployed graduates must have completed tertiary qualifications (certificated through graduation) which is a three-year (3) Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma from a recognized University or College and have never participated in an Internship Programme from National, Provincial and Local government before.
- They must be prepared to relocate to any of the offices listed below at own costs.
- Candidates must be computer literate, prepared to undergo a selection process that will include a structured interview.
HOW TO APPLY
Applications must be on a fully completed 283 form (obtainable at any Public Service Department) with a detailed CV including contact telephone number, physical and postal address, copies of ID and qualifications, proof of residence and an affidavit indicating that the applicant has never benefited from the Internship programme before. Applicants must indicate the specific area of placement between Head office in Pietermaritzburg and in twelve District Offices respectively.
