JOB PURPOSE
Glencore Operations South Africa invites interested and suitably qualified candidates to apply for Learnership Programme 2024/ 2025.This is a full learnership opportunity exists at Eastern Chrome Mine for candidates to enrol in a learnership programme with the purpose to obtain a Trade Certificate.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Grade 12 / Technical Grade 12
- Full N2 (four (4) full engineering subjects including relevant trade theory and mathematics)
- Candidates will be required to undergo an aptitude test or psychometric assessments
- Medically fit for underground
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter into an Engineering learnership programme with the MQA SETA
- Undergo institutional training at one of the Glencore approved training centres
- Undergo practical training and exposure at the premises of the Company
