JOB DESCRIPTION:
REQUIREMENTS
- A three-year bachelor’s degree or three-year Diploma / National Diploma in Office/Business/Public Administration, Secretarial Support, or related field.
- At least three years’ experience in the office administration or in an office support role.
- Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel Access, Outlook),
- Excellent Planning skills.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal),
- Telephone handling skills.
- Administration and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience in the health sector, private, public service or regulatory environment or working with self-assessment and reporting systems would be an advantage.
DUTIES
- Liaise and communicate with internal units and outside stakeholders with regards to matters pertaining to the Self-Assessment system.
- Provide administrative support for the Health Standards Development and Training Unit.
- Administrative support on the Self-Assessment system.
- Logistical arrangements for meetings and visitors to the unit. Identify areas for development
