JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS

  • A three-year bachelor’s degree or three-year Diploma / National Diploma in Office/Business/Public Administration, Secretarial Support, or related field.
  • At least three years’ experience in the office administration or in an office support role.
  • Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel Access, Outlook),
  • Excellent Planning skills.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal),
  • Telephone handling skills.
  • Administration and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience in the health sector, private, public service or regulatory environment or working with self-assessment and reporting systems would be an advantage.

DUTIES

  • Liaise and communicate with internal units and outside stakeholders with regards to matters pertaining to the Self-Assessment system.
  • Provide administrative support for the Health Standards Development and Training Unit.
  • Administrative support on the Self-Assessment system.
  • Logistical arrangements for meetings and visitors to the unit. Identify areas for development
