Key Responsibilities
- Handling Incoming Calls: Respond to customer inquiries promptly, accurately, and with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Product Information: Educate clients on Fidelity’s product range, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Sales and Upselling: Engage in upselling and cross-selling multiple security products, converting potential leads into successful sales.
- Overcoming Objections: Handle client objections professionally, identifying buying signals to close sales effectively.
- Needs Assessment: Use probing questions to understand customer needs and propose solutions accordingly.
- Sales Targets: Meet daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Achieve a minimum of 90% in quality assurance and compliance.
- Referral Generation: Seek referral leads from every interaction to expand customer reach.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients by demonstrating a commitment to going the extra mile.
- Accurate Data Entry: Ensure accurate capturing of client information, sales records, and fitment scheduling.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Educational Requirement: Matric / Grade 12.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in an Inbound Sales Call Centre environment, ideally with experience in telematics.
- Availability: Must be flexible, with availability for weekend shifts and one compulsory Saturday per month.
