Nampak invites applications for the Electrical Apprenticeships (Electrical) 2025

The abovementioned opportunities exist in Metals Springs. These positions report to the Plant / Technical Trainer.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

Completion of all required theoretical modules for the trade.
Undergoing intensive on-the-job training and other related training.
Providing support to the production process with adequate levels of availability and reliability.
Demonstrating the ability to practically conduct maintenance and installations.
Acquiring problems solving and trouble shooting skills.
Adhering to plant rules and regulations.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

Must be in possession of of Metric Certificate with Maths, Physical Science and English second language with a minimum of 50% pass mark.
Must provide certificate and results (transcript) (or NTC3 (or Higher).
Minimum NTC3 engineering, with relevant trade theory of a subject.
A good engineering understanding at a basic level.
Team orientation, be systematic and well organized.
Basic computer literacy.
Good interpersonal & communication skills, positive attitude, able to use own initiative. team oriented, systematic, and well organized.
Ability to work overtime and shifts when required.
